The Quality Advantage current customer base totals approximately 1,000 florists across the United States and Canada. This client list includes many industry leaders i.e. Adgate Florist in Ohio; Dr. Delphinium in Texas, Fischer Flowers in New Jersey; Hunter Floral in Michigan, Jacobsen's Flowers in Michigan; McAdams Floral in Texas, Norfolk Florist in Virginia, Schroeder's Flowers in Wisconsin; Sparks Florist in Nevada; Tobler's Flowers in Missouri.

The type of training/consulting that Gaylon would do for a given customer varies based on the services that are needed for that business. Many clients participate in the Custom Solutions Program that might include all or any of the following; a Financial Analysis; Marketing Strategy to Increase Sales, Cost of Goods Sold Control Program, Payroll Expense Control and Profit Action Plan.

Many of The Quality Advantage's clients are part of the 'Increasing the Average Sale' strategy built around the Selling Program that Gaylon teaches. This process also includes Mystery Shopper Evaluations for approximately 300 florists, which totals over 650 Mystery Evaluations monthly.

Many clients choose the 'Long Distance' Financial Analysis Program. Gaylon does not actually visit the floral business but it does include an analysis of the Financial Statements and an Action Plan to improve profitability.

Also, many clients have purchased one or more of Gaylon's business publications and The Quality Advantage will sell approximately 1,000 floral business books per year with many customers on a standing order.

Finally, many past and future customers attend seminars that Gaylon presents as part of a state convention, gift show, and wholesaler program for retail florists, etc.
